Strengthening Community-Led Accountability and Sustainability of Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) in Nigeria
Focusing on strengthening primary healthcare systems in Nigeria, the report highlights a collaborative framework between BudgIT and PSHAN to improve accountability, sustainability, and community participation in PHC governance. It shows how capacity building, digital monitoring tools, and community-led structures such as Ward Development Committees can address gaps in funding, transparency, and service delivery to drive better health outcomes at the grassroots level.
