Primary Health Care (PHC) Accountability Report
This report presents findings from the assessment of 5,099 Primary Health Care facilities across Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT, evaluating the availability of essential infrastructure, basic amenities, health workers, and service readiness. It reveals critical gaps in staffing, electricity, water supply, emergency services, and facility operations, highlighting the urgent need for targeted investments and stronger accountability to improve primary healthcare delivery across the country.
