Where Does Disability Inclusion Sit in Nigeria’s Federal Budget?

This study focuses on the 2024 Appropriation Act because it represents the first federal budget following the expiry of the five-year transition period established under the Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act, 2018. As such, it provides an appropriate case for examining the extent to which disability rights are reflected in Nigeria's federal budget.
