State of States Policy Document
This document chronicles our continued advocacy for the optimization of Nigeria’s revenue base, towards a more inclusive society, via a needed focus on the States. We hold the position that if Nigeria’s states adopt and commit to bold reforms, diversify their revenue streams away from crude oil, and cut waste in government, a precedent that will provide lasting socioeconomic benefits to Nigeria will be the direct result.
