Simplified Guidebook on Nigeria’s Energy Transition

The guidebook serves as a comprehensive reference tool for the government, as well as an accountability tool that enables civil society track the government’s implementation of its commitments to the energy transition. This guidebook assesses the frameworks that the Nigerian government has designed to transition from fossil fuels—oil, gas and coal—to renewable energy technologies, including institutional, policy, legal and fiscal frameworks.
