SCEAP Assessment Report
This report provides a qualitative examination of the SCEAP Storytelling Initiative, which documents the experiences, challenges, and community-led impacts of the SCEAP project in improving primary healthcare delivery across five Nigerian states. It outlines how community-driven advocacy, service monitoring, and storytelling have strengthened accountability, enhanced engagement, and supported efforts to address infrastructure deficits, staffing shortages, and limited access to quality primary healthcare services.
