Report on the SCAPP Plus Project: Stakeholders Convening
This report documents the SCAPP+ stakeholder engagement and training held in Kaduna State to strengthen community participation and accountability in primary healthcare delivery. It captures discussions with WDCs, health secretaries and PHC officers, alongside training on PHC Tracka, health financing and community-led approaches to improving health outcomes.
