Achieving National Development through Efficient Service Delivery
In 2023, we commenced our tracking activities in September across 25 states and closed the curtain in September 2024 after the federal government, in an unprecedented move, declared an extension of the implementation of the 2023 capital projects till December 2024. We tracked fewer projects in 2023/2024 than
the previous year because we introduced a new follow-up culture. We conducted follow-up visits every three months after our initial visit to a project site to check
on the updates and the use and benefits to the communities in the case of completed projects. This is the 2023/2024 Report.
